The well-known agrarian from Mykolaiv, Yuriy Korymashkin, has had a preventive measure imposed by the court.

The High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) has determined the preventive measure for the prominent Mykolaiv agrarian Yuriy Korymashkin.

The HACC session was streamed on the court's YouTube channel.

Yuriy Korymashkin, who is also the husband of MP Iryna Korymashkina, has been assigned a bail of 15 million hryvnias.

According to the court's ruling, the entrepreneur must:

-remain within the boundaries of Odesa and Mykolaiv regions;

-avoid communication with certain individuals;

-notify about any changes in his residence or employment.

According to investigation data, after the MP received funds exceeding 20 million hryvnias, she allegedly lent them to her husband, who used them to purchase a property in the Odesa region.
