This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelensky during his speech at a "Ramstein" format meeting.

"I am doing everything I can to ensure that this war concludes honorably for Ukraine and all of Europe this year. And I know I can count on your support. We must all remember that ending the war is our common goal - ours, not Russia's; this is what Ukrainians, Europeans, Americans, and many of our global partners want," Zelensky said.

He believes that sanctions should be imposed on all aspects of the Russian energy sector, and the Russian tanker fleet must be halted. After all, Russia's military budget for 2025 exceeds last year's by 25%.

"If we want to stop the killings, we must cut off Putin's cash flow. Putin will only begin to consider peace when his inner circle tells him that he has run out of money," Zelensky emphasized.
