Residents of a house on Buznyka Street in Mykolaiv found themselves without gas because a neighbor took it upon himself to replace the gas boiler and mixed up the connection hoses.

This was reported by the Mykolaiv branch of “Gazmerzhy.”

“Now consumers will face drying, pressure testing of the gas pipeline, and replacement of meters, with all costs to be covered by the person responsible for the accident,” the statement said.

The company emphasized that the Mykolaiv branch of “Gazmerzhy” is the only operator of gas distribution networks that has the necessary permits and trained specialists capable of performing work on gas networks and equipment.
