The city authorities have issued an order to open "Points of Resilience" across Mykolaiv.

It should be noted that as of 12:00 PM on November 28, the points were closed, as no directive had yet been received from the city authorities. However, approximately 20 minutes later, our correspondent reported that the points had been opened.
