Nikolaev is being cleaned using modern equipment, acquired with the support of Denmark (photo).

In Mykolaiv, the city streets are now being serviced by new street cleaning equipment, acquired through collaboration with the Kingdom of Denmark.

This information is reported by the Mykolaiv City Council.

Currently, employees of the KP "Mykolaiv Parks" are familiarizing themselves with the operational details of the machines on-site and developing routes. Soon, this equipment will take to the streets and parks of the city to maintain cleanliness and order.

“Today, we went out into the city for hands-on practice and to gain skills in operating the new modern equipment. These machines help reduce the workload on our staff, mechanizing tasks to clean the streets of our city more efficiently and quickly,” says Dmitry Romanov, a mechanic at KP "Mykolaiv Parks."

The enterprise has received five combined machines along with 25 units of attached equipment. This was made possible through the city's partnership with the Danish Export-Import Fund, which provided funding to cover 40% of the loan agreement total.

This equipment will enable specialists to effectively and swiftly clean sidewalks, parks, and squares from litter, weeds, leaves, and snow.
