“The opponent has restored the roads and some bridges. There is a high likelihood that we will soon assess their condition,” the message states.

The publication emphasizes that shelling of the roads between Kherson and Mykolaiv could complicate logistics for civilians, medical services, and humanitarian transport, potentially worsening the humanitarian crisis in the region.
