Emergency power outages have been implemented in Ukraine, according to "Ukrenergo."

On the morning of February 17, emergency power outages were implemented across Ukraine due to Russian attacks on energy facilities.

This was reported on Telegram by the company "Ukrenergo".

Restrictions for residential consumers are applied only in specific cases, except for emergency situations in the regional energy networks, as stated in the announcement.

The situation in the energy system may change, Ukrenergo warned. They also urged the public to use electricity sparingly.

Previously, DTEK noted that emergency power outages are being implemented in Kyiv, Kyiv region, Dnipropetrovsk, and Sumy regions.
