Russian rapper Alisher Morgenstern has topped the Ukrainian music charts. His new album ALISHER, released on February 14, quickly entered the Top 10 on Apple Music in Ukraine. All five tracks from the album secured the top spots in the ranking of the streaming service as of Monday, February 17.
At the top of the chart is the track "Abracadabra" by Lady Gaga. Second and third places went to Morgenstern's songs "Povod" and "Dom." The fourth position was taken by the song "Au Au" — a collaboration between Ukrainian artists Sasha Norova and Adam. The fifth spot features the track "Instinct" by LOBODA.
The sixth, seventh, and eighth positions are once again held by the Russian rapper.
The ninth position was claimed by Parfeniuk's song "Vrubai."
Also making it into the top 10 popular songs in Ukraine on Apple Music is the track "Ne rasslablaysya" by Kazakh rapper Skryptonite.
Rapper Morgenstern left Russia in 2021. Earlier, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation began an inquiry against Alisher for drug promotion due to the music video for the song "Pablo." In May 2022, the artist was added to the list of "foreign agents". In January 2024, a Russian court decided to seize his assets.
Recall that in May 2024, Ukrainian esports player Alexander Kostylev attended Morgenstern's concert and performed a verse from one of the rapper's songs on stage.
Ukrainian model and actress Lisa Vasilenko was in a relationship with Russian rapper Morgenstern.
