Individuals interested in joining the Defense Forces through the "Reserve+" app most often choose military professions in areas such as command, UAVs, IT, transportation, and infantry.
According to reports from the Ministry of Defense.
"Our goal is to provide users with the widest range of job vacancies and fields available in the Defense Forces through our recruitment service. The statement that 'the military needs everyone' remains relevant today. Every profession can contribute and enhance the capabilities of the army," noted Kateryna Chernohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digitalization.
The recruitment process in "Reserve+" will assist users in selecting positions that align best with their requests, experience, and preferences. During the job search, users are required to complete a brief test—such as indicating whether they have completed training in one of the military fields and in which area they possess the most expertise.
Job vacancies include detailed descriptions: information about the brigades, their command, achievements, and mentions in the media. The process of selecting vacancies is user-friendly, featuring a filter that helps search for optimal offers based on chosen criteria.
An intuitive interface allows for quick sorting of vacancies: users can click "plus" to save an offer for further review or "minus" to reject it. The recruitment service was launched in the "Reserve+" app in October of last year. It enables Ukrainians to find the most suitable military vacancy among thousands of different options.
Thanks to collaboration with the employment platform Lobby X, the service offers one of the largest lists of open positions in the Defense Forces—over 6000. More than 50,000 responses to these vacancies have already been recorded.
Background. Earlier, Mind reported that the “Reserve+” app introduced the option for 18-year-old Ukrainians to voluntarily enlist in the Armed Forces.
