Ukrainian forces have refined their algorithms, leading to a new approach to alerts in one of the regions.

In the Cherkasy region, a "pilot project" is being launched related to the air alert system. Notifications in the area will differ from the standard format to ensure that businesses can operate continuously.
В одном из регионов Украины обновили методы реагирования на тревоги, используя алгоритмы с ВСУ.

In the Cherkasy region, the air raid alert system will be changed. This was announced on January 10 by the head of the Cherkasy Regional Military Administration, Igor Taburets.

"Considering the number and duration of air raid alerts in our region and for the uninterrupted operation of enterprises, institutions, and organizations, we are launching a pilot project in the region starting today. We have previously worked out all the algorithms with relevant services and the military," he noted.

The head of the OVA explained that now, in case of danger from Russian drones, there will be a differentiation by districts in the region. This means that the air raid alert will be received by a specific district where the Armed Forces of Ukraine detect a target or there is a potential threat due to air defense operations.

Taburets added that alerts in case of missile danger will remain unchanged. Thus, the alarm will be declared simultaneously across the entire Cherkasy region.

On the night of January 10, Russian UAVs attacked Ukraine. Debris from one of the drones hit a high-rise building in the capital, but there were no casualties. The strike impacted the top floor of the building.
