Media: Zelensky is leaving the White House early as attempts to negotiate have failed.

Ukrainian media reports that Zelensky is leaving the White House early, as the negotiations ended in failure. 

This is also indicated by Trump's statement on his Truth Social network:

"Today we had a very significant meeting at the White House. We learned a lot that would not have been understood without a conversation under such pressure and scrutiny. And I realized that President Zelensky is not ready for peace, in which America will be involved, because he feels that our participation gives him a significant advantage in negotiations. I do not want an advantage; I want peace," wrote the U.S. President.

"He showed disrespect to the United States of America in their cherished Oval Office. He can return when he is ready for peace," Trump stated regarding Zelensky.

The American-Ukrainian agreement on mineral extraction has reportedly not been signed.

The White House confirmed that the joint press conference, which was planned after the negotiations between the two presidents, has been canceled following their dispute in the Oval Office.

A source from Reuters in the administration explained two points: - The mineral agreements that Trump and Zelensky were supposed to sign were not executed. - Trump does not rule out an agreement with Zelensky, but only when Ukraine is ready for a constructive dialogue.
