Car explosion: Several FSB employees were eliminated in Berdyansk, according to Andryushchenko.

In the morning, a loud explosion occurred in the temporarily occupied city, as it was revealed that a car detonated with three members of the Russian FSB inside. Preliminary reports indicate that two individuals have died, while one is in critical condition in the hospital.
В Бердянске произошел взрыв автомобиля, в результате которого были уничтожены несколько сотрудников ФСБ, сообщает Андрющенко.

Three agents of the Russian Federation, who were serving in the FSB, were reportedly "neutralized" in the temporarily occupied Ukrainian city of Berdyansk. The Russians were just getting into the car of one of the employees in the Koloniya neighborhood on the morning of January 23 when the incident occurred. This information has been reported by local media and the head of the Center for Occupation Studies, politician and activist Pyotr Andryushchenko.

"Preliminary reports indicate that three FSB agents were blown up in Berdyansk. Two are dead, and one is still in the hospital, wavering on whether to stay or 'go to Kobzon'," Andryushchenko stated.

Additionally, according to some unconfirmed reports, there may have been three more Russians near the incident who also sustained injuries. Local residents have reported this.

At the same time, there is currently no official confirmation regarding the elimination of Russian intelligence agents. It remains unclear who exactly is behind this incident.

Local media reports that the explosion occurred in Berdyansk around 6 AM. Immediately after, police, firefighters, and medical personnel arrived at the scene. The fire caused by the explosion was extinguished, and one of the agents was taken by ambulance to a local hospital. It is still unknown what injuries the Russian sustained and whether he will survive.

It is worth noting that the presence of the Russian agents in this area was not coincidental. When the city was occupied, an FSB office was established at 40 Mayakovskogo Street, where the "Dormash" House of Culture was located. Thus, it is likely that the three Russian agents who became victims of the explosion were either arriving for work or were just returning home from work.

It should be pointed out that incidents involving Russians sustaining injuries or damage have occurred in the temporarily occupied Ukrainian Berdyansk before. Recently, several Russian soldiers ended up in the hospital with severe poisoning after visiting a local eatery. This became known on January 17.

A similar incident occurred in Berdyansk earlier, when the car of the head of the occupation council, Nechet, was blown up. The collaborator himself was taken to the hospital, and the vehicle he was in was completely destroyed by fire. This incident took place on December 24, 2024.
