An attorney was assaulted at the Kharkiv TCC while attempting to meet with a client. Details and video footage from the scene were shared on January 9 in the Telegram channel "Trukha".

The incident reportedly occurred around 13:47. The lawyer arrived at the VVK at the Shevchenkivskyi district TCC. She was scheduled to meet with a client who had been brought in the day before for a medical examination. The woman was informed that the man was "completely healthy" and had already been taken away.

"I called the police to document the violation of the medical examination procedure at the VVK. In response, they began to forcefully push me out of the hospital and hit me," the victim recounted.

In the footage released on social media, a scuffle can be seen at the exit of the building. A paper sign reading "staff entrance" is attached to the doors where the confrontation occurs.

In the video, a woman with a phone attempts to enter the premises, while a man in uniform forcefully pushes her out.

"Get out of here," he says.

Behind the soldier, men in camouflage and a woman in a medical gown can be seen, with the latter accusing him of lacking conscience.

"If you keep filming, you'll end up without your phone," threatens a man inside the building to the camerawoman.

The video concludes with the soldier successfully pushing the woman out and closing the door in front of her.

As of the publication of this material, the police of the Kharkiv region and the Kharkiv regional TCC had not commented on the incident.

Recall that in Kyiv, animal rights activists and police rescued a cat that had spent nearly a week in a locked apartment without water or food. Its owner was detained by TCC patrols on the street, and no one was allowed to make a call.

The spokesperson for the Ground Forces, Natalia Kindratyiv, announced the number of men who have been wanted since the beginning of 2022 due to mobilization.
