Numerous artists from the "Young Theatre" have confirmed the allegations against Bilois, as shown in the video regarding the harassment claims.

At the "Young Theatre," led by Andrey Belous, who has been accused of harassment by female students of the Kyiv National University of Theatre, Cinema and Television named after Ivan Karpenko-Karyi, employees acknowledged that they too had been victims of harassment. This came to light during a collective meeting held at the theatre. A video of the meeting was published on Facebook by author Viktoria Filonchuk.

"Who was humiliated, who was touched without consent, who received messages with hints or was asked questions about their intimate life, who was denied a role because they refused, who was granted a role because they did not refuse, who was blackmailed, who was pressured, who was forced to send nude photos, or who received them without consent, who was coerced into sex? If you witnessed or know about similar cases concerning your colleagues, please stand up," one of the meeting's moderators addressed the attendees.

Following these words, nearly half of the theatre staff present stood up.

Actress Viktoria Romashko from the "Young Theatre" stated on her Instagram that part of the theatre's staff feels "unsafe" after the scandal and has appealed to the Kyiv City State Administration to suspend Andrey Belous from his position as head of the theatre. She also mentioned that another part of the staff plans to write a statement in his defense.

Another actress, Elena Uzlyuk, thanked the youth for raising this issue and being able to speak about such serious matters.

"Outcomes of the day. 'Young Theatre.' Troupe gathering. I want to express my support for my young colleagues who managed to speak about very difficult issues for them. Transformation is a sign of the times. I deeply believe. Conscience. Honor. Truth," she wrote.

On January 20, a video surfaced in which a student from the Kyiv National University of Theatre, Cinema and Television named after I.K. Karpenko-Karyi anonymously accused the well-known director, university lecturer, and head of the "Young Theatre" of harassment.

On the 24th, the woman revealed her identity. Sofia, who currently resides in Los Angeles, spoke with journalists and shared that she is gathering testimonies from other affected women.

On January 28, it became known that Andrey Belous was suspended from work following accusations of sexual harassment. An internal investigation is ongoing at the university, and new safety regulations for students are being implemented.
