The Russian Armed Forces severely damaged the UOC (MP) cathedral in Zaporizhzhia with a ballistic strike (photos included).

On January 18, during a morning attack on Zaporizhzhia, Russian occupiers severely damaged one of the religious buildings in the city that belongs to the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (MP). This was reported by the 5th edition.

As a result of the attack, significant destruction occurred at the St. Andrew Cathedral, which was established through the efforts of former MP and co-owner of Motor Sich OJSC, Vyacheslav Bohuslaev, for the residents of the Shevchenkivskyi district and the workers of the Motor Sich plant.

Recall that on January 18, the Russian Armed Forces struck Zaporizhzhia with two ballistic missiles. The enemy targeted the center of the regional capital. Two people were injured as a result of the enemy attack on Zaporizhzhia. An administrative building of one of the industrial facilities was partially destroyed. Residential buildings and private vehicles were also damaged.

On January 17, Russia launched ballistic missile strikes on the city of Kryvyi Rih. The building of the local aviation college KRAUS was destroyed, and there are reports of 5 casualties.
