Ukraine successfully brought back 15 children from occupation as part of the president's initiative, Bring Kids Back UA.
This was reported by the head of the President's Office, Andriy Yermak.
According to Yermak, among them is a large family where the mother refused to accept Russian documents, which led to constant pressure from the occupiers.
“Her children were forced to attend propaganda educational institutions, and threats were made for refusal,” the head of the President's Office stated.
He also mentioned that three teenagers were returned, who had received draft notices for the Russian army.
“One of them was abducted by the occupiers from his home and was forced to sign a contract. Two young children, after losing their mother, ended up in a Russian shelter, where they were isolated from their relatives, forced to sing propaganda songs, and were trained in military matters,” Yermak noted.
Background. Previously, Mind reported that Ukraine had returned four more children from Russian occupation. This took place under the president's initiative, Bring Kids Back UA.
