On Tuesday, October 15, the weather in Ukraine will be overcast with some clear spells. Light rain is expected in the northern regions during the day, as well as in the western, eastern, and Vinnytsia regions, while the rest of the country will remain mostly dry. Nighttime temperatures will range from 3 to 8°C, while daytime temperatures will be between 7 and 12°C, reaching 12 to 17°C in the southern and eastern regions. This was reported by the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.
In the highlands of the Carpathians, there will be light wet snow, with temperatures hovering around 0°C both at night and during the day.
The wind will be from the west, shifting to the north, at a speed of 5-10 m/s.
According to forecaster Natalia Didenko, on October 15, "there will be plenty of rain" across Ukraine.
"There is a high probability of rain tomorrow in the western regions (Carpathians, mushrooms!), as well as in the northern and eastern regions. In the southern part and most central areas, it will likely be just cloudy or even clear, meaning significant precipitation is unlikely," she predicts.
The highest temperatures are expected in the southern regions, ranging from 13 to 18°C, while the lowest will be in the northern and western regions, between 8 and 11°C.
In the rest of the territory, daytime temperatures will be around 10 to 14°C.
In Kyiv and the surrounding areas on Tuesday, October 15, cloudy and rainy weather is anticipated. In the Kyiv region, nighttime temperatures will range from 3 to 8°C, and during the day from 7 to 12°C.
In the capital, nighttime temperatures will be between 6 and 8°C, with daytime temperatures ranging from 10 to 12°C.
The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center warns of dangerous and extreme weather phenomena in Ukraine until the end of the week.
From the night of October 16 to 19 in the western regions, and from October 17 to 19 in the northern, Vinnytsia, and Cherkasy regions, as well as from October 18 to 19 in Kirovohrad and Poltava, and on October 19 in the southern and Dnipropetrovsk regions, strong frosts of 0 to 5°C are expected.

Didenko also stated that on October 17, 18, and 19, frosts are likely at night in the western, northern, and central regions of Ukraine.
