On the afternoon of October 18, in the temporarily occupied Luhansk, a vehicle exploded, which may have contained military personnel. This was reported by the publication Astra.
"A UAZ and another passenger car were damaged. The reasons are unknown. Local social media claim that military personnel were inside the UAZ," the report states.
At the same time, the Telegram channel "Mash na Donbasse" noted that the explosion occurred near the cultural center on Oboronnaya Street.
It is also reported that Oboronnaya Street was closed off following the incident.
"The driver from the wrecked car near the Builders' Cultural Center in Luhansk was taken away by an ambulance," — the report says.
