В Казани, Россия, аэропорт закрыт из-за появления дронов.

The "Carpet" plan has been implemented at the airport in Kazan, Russia, allegedly due to the threat of drone attacks.

This was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing the Telegram channel Shot.

According to the channel, restrictions have been in place at Kazan airport since 6 AM due to the threat of unmanned aerial vehicle attacks. As a result, around 20 flights have been delayed for both arrivals and departures.

The "Carpet" plan is announced by air defense authorities in emergency situations, such as an immediate threat from drones. It entails an immediate ban on any flights within a 200-kilometer radius of a designated airfield.

It should be noted that the evacuation of civilians from the airport is not provided for under this plan.

It is worth mentioning that a similar "Carpet" signal was introduced in Kazan on October 12.

On the night of October 20, there was increased activity of air defense systems in several regions of central Russia, from the Kursk region to the Moscow region, due to numerous incursions of drones.

In several localities, sounds of explosions were heard and flashes were observed. According to official reports, all aerial targets were allegedly destroyed.
