In Russia, drones attacked one of the largest ammunition manufacturing plants
On the night of October 20, drones targeted the FKP "Factory named after Y. M. Sverdlov" in Dzerzhinsk, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, which is one of the largest Russian enterprises specializing in the production of explosives and ammunition.
As reported by Andrei Kovalenko, head of the Center for Counteraction to Disinformation (CCD) under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, the main products of the enterprise include:
- explosives,
- combat charges (ammunition for various types of military equipment and weaponry),
- rocket fuel components (production of components used for rocket fuel, particularly solid rocket fuel),
- chemical components (creation of chemicals for military and industrial use).
