Furthermore, the Pentagon stated that the U.S. is resolutely determined to prevent anyone from using the tension or expanding the conflict in the region.

Israel Attacked Iran

On Saturday, October 26, Israel struck Iran. This was a response to Tehran's missile attack on October 1.

Media reported explosions in Tehran and other Iranian cities. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) stated that they targeted military sites in Iran.

According to Israeli military sources, dozens of aircraft participated in the attack. IDF emphasizes that it targeted only military objectives, specifically air defense batteries and facilities for the production of ballistic missiles.
