The KP "Mykolaiv Parks" has purchased paving tiles for nearly 600,000 hryvnias, intending to replace the surface on the upper BAM.
This information was revealed through the "Prozorro" system.
The tender for the purchase of paving tiles was announced on October 2. The technical documentation states that the paving tiles are intended for replacing the damaged paving surface around the sports ground of the local significance park "Flotsky Boulevard" in the Central district of Mykolaiv (Upper Embankment). The auction budget is 579,700 hryvnias. Furthermore, the documentation specifies that for this amount, 750 m2 of paving tiles will be purchased, along with their specifications.
Two companies participated in the auction: LLC "Armat Stroy" with a bid of 562,500 hryvnias and LLC "Avis-Vostok" with a bid of 579,600 hryvnias.
On October 15, LLC "Armat Stroy" was announced as the winner of the tender. It should be noted that in the disclosure protocol upon announcing the winner, the department raised a requirement for eliminating discrepancies in the documentation.
It is worth recalling that the sports ground on Flotsky Boulevard, where the tiles will be laid, has been embroiled in scandals: works were initiated by the KP "Parks" with the contractor without the necessary permits and project documentation.
Employees of the State Eco-Inspection of the Southwestern District, who arrived at the scene, established the fact of illegal construction activities and the destruction of two trees and a lawn by removing the soil layer in the park.
Regarding the unauthorized occupation of a land plot of the natural reserve fund of Ukraine – Flotsky Boulevard in Mykolaiv, a decision was made to enter information into the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations based on the preliminary qualification under part 2 of Article 197-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The KP had its equipment confiscated, which was later returned by court decision.
