The heating season in Mykolaiv is set to begin on November 1, as per the decision made by the city council's executive committee.
This information was shared by the Mayor of Mykolaiv, Oleksandr Senkevych.
“IMPORTANT: We will gradually start the heating. Priority will be given to healthcare, educational, and social institutions, followed by residential buildings. We have 10 days for the initial setup.
