The government has updated the rules for reserving military conscripts: who is affected and what has been simplified.

The Cabinet of Ministers has made amendments to the procedure for reserving military conscripts and identifying critical enterprises.

As reported by Taras Melnychuk, a representative of the Cabinet in the Verkhovna Rada.

From now on, the total number of reserved employees will include those who were called up for military service after May 18, 2024.

The government has also abolished the requirement for state authorities regarding a 72-hour verification of data during the reservation of employees.

At the same time, the term for canceling deferments for employees of enterprises, institutions, and organizations has been reduced to 5 days.

Additionally, the criteria for average salary have been updated – a monthly period will be used to calculate the average salary for identifying enterprises as critical.

The Cabinet has also instructed the Pension Fund and the Ministry of Digital Transformation to ensure electronic exchange of information about the salaries of military conscripts through state registers within a month.
