Ukrainian forces targeted an oil depot near Voronezh.

The Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine successfully attacked the "Liskinska" oil depot in Russia's Voronezh region.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Special Operations Forces.

"On the night of January 16, 2025, units of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in coordination with other components of the Defense Forces, successfully attacked the 'Liskinska' oil depot located in Voronezh region," the statement said.

The Special Operations Forces clarified that they struck the "Rosneft" base in the settlement of Lisky near Voronezh.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, at least three strike drones were confirmed to have hit the target. A large fire broke out at the site.

"As a result of the strike, a powerful fire started at the oil depot. Several tanks are still burning," emphasized the Special Operations Forces.

It has been established that the oil depot stored fuel, which was, in particular, supplied to the Russian military grouping fighting against Ukraine.
