The SBU reported that a Ukrainian company assisted Russia in constructing laboratories for nuclear weapons.
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, a company has been uncovered that assists the Russian Federation in constructing laboratories where the enemy develops nuclear weapons. The owner of a Ukrainian construction materials manufacturing company is involved in the organization of this deal. Following the onset of the full-scale invasion, representatives of the factory shipped a large batch of finished stainless steel profiles to the Russian Federation, reports the Security Service of Ukraine.

To conceal the international shipments, individuals sent the goods to a controlled company in the Middle East. From there, it was re-exported to Russian customers. The financial reporting of both companies was managed by the chief accountant of the Ukrainian enterprise.
Law enforcement officials conducted searches at the addresses of the company and in the premises of the suspects. During these searches, mobile phones, computer equipment, and documentation evidencing criminal activity in favor of Russia were discovered.
The owner of the manufacturing enterprise and three of his subordinates have already been notified of suspicion under Part 1 of Article 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (aiding the aggressor state). They face up to 12 years in prison with confiscation of property. The issue of choosing a preventive measure for the individuals is currently being resolved.
As a reminder, on January 18, former host of Medvedchuk's TV channels, who spread Russian propaganda, received suspicion. A well-known blogger was also handed a suspicion on the same day.
Additionally, on that same day, a sitting judge was declared a suspect. He made a decision in favor of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, by which funds were seized from Ukraine and spent on the war.
