Geolocation analysis of photos and videos shared on social media indicates that after the drone strike, the oil depot of the "Crystal" plant of Rosrezerv caught fire, which is responsible for storing fuel for the "Engels-2" airbase.

ASTRA was able to geolocate the site by comparing footage from the video with panoramic maps from Google.

The governor stated that both Saratov and Engels were targeted by drone attacks, resulting in damage to “one of the industrial facilities.” He later reported: “An operational headquarters will be set up at the facility where the fire occurred due to the UAV attack. The situation and the plan for elimination have been discussed on-site with specialists.”
