A new service for businesses has launched in the "Diia" app.

The "Diia" portal has introduced a service for submitting a declaration of compliance of the material and technical base with legal requirements.

This is reported by the press service of "Diia".

It is noted that the declaration of compliance of the MTB is necessary for entrepreneurs to start performing high-risk work and operating machinery, mechanisms, and equipment that pose increased danger.

“Previously, you had to submit business declarations in person or by mail, spending a lot of time correcting errors during completion. If you are performing hazardous tasks with special equipment at your enterprise, declare its compliance with the law on the "Diia" portal. The declaration can be submitted by entrepreneurs and legal entities – without paper documents and tours to institutions,” the message states.

According to the agency, to submit the declaration, you need to:

• log in to the "Diia" portal;
• select the service “Declaration of compliance of the material and technical base with legal requirements”;
• fill in the necessary information and submit the declaration.

As explained by the press service of "Diia", you can track the status of the declaration online. During the completion of the declaration, hints will be provided to avoid mistakes.
