According to the deputy head of the Public Chamber, the President expects to see initial results soon; however, changes to the legislation must first be implemented.

Due to the scandal involving the MSEC, Ukraine will conduct checks on the diagnoses of all officials, with a focus on high-ranking officials who may have abused their positions and received fraudulent certificates. This was stated by Iryna Vereshchuk, the Deputy Head of the President's Office, during a broadcast of a telethon.

According to her, President Volodymyr Zelensky's statement was clear and should be understood by all officials who participated in the National Security and Defense Council meeting. Urgent and swift checks for fake diagnoses must be carried out.

"Bringing to justice those involved in falsifications and abuses, as well as urgent amendments to legislation — there is very little time for all of this, and the president expects results," Vereshchuk declared.

Additionally, the Deputy Head of the President's Office noted that the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Social Policy must submit legislative changes, adopt them, and implement them as soon as possible. This process has only one month.

The names of those officials who received fraudulent disability certificates will be disclosed by law enforcement representatives, who have already received the corresponding assignment.

"They have received their task, are ready to conduct checks, and are prepared to report. But for now, I will not discuss this publicly," Vereshchuk concluded.

It is worth noting that on October 9, it was reported that three residents of the Rivne region had established a scheme to evade mobilization. The women were obtaining fake documentation through contacts with doctors, which they then submitted to the MSEC to receive a disability group. These documents allowed for unhindered travel abroad. The cost of the services was 16,700 US dollars.

On October 22, the SBU announced that during the MSEC checks, 64 people were suspected, and over 4,000 disability conclusions have been canceled. Representatives of the security service added that members of 8 organized criminal groups in various regions of Ukraine included representatives of the MSEC. They have now ceased their activities.

Later, the President of Ukraine signed a decree to eliminate the MSEC, which is related to the fraudulent disability certificates. Volodymyr Zelensky held a National Security and Defense Council meeting regarding numerous violations by the MSEC and fake disabilities for officials. He emphasized that there are hundreds of such cases, and therefore the MSEC must be dissolved.
