The schedule for receiving citizens by the city mayor, his deputies, the secretary of the city council, and the executive committee manager has been approved in Mykolaiv.
The corresponding order was signed by Mayor Alexander Senkevich on October 14.
According to the document, the city mayor will hold citizen receptions every second Tuesday of the month. Reception hours are from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
The secretary of the city council, Dmitry Falko, is also prepared to meet with residents no more than once a month, but on Wednesdays — the first Wednesday of each month. Reception hours are from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM.
The first deputy mayor, Vitaliy Lukov, who oversees issues of economic development, provision of administrative services, management of communal property, emergency situations, financial policy and budget, housing issues, will hold receptions from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on the second Wednesday of each month.
The deputy mayor for architecture and urban planning, land resources, transport complex, and housing and communal services, Yuriy Andriyenko, will listen to the residents of Mykolaiv twice a month: on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
Anatoliy Petrov, Senkevich's deputy overseeing social protection, healthcare, education, culture and cultural heritage preservation, physical culture and sports, youth policy, and child protection, intends to meet with citizens every 3rd Wednesday of the month from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
The deputy mayor for capital construction, Sergey Korenyev, will hold receptions every third Thursday of the month from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
The executive committee manager of the city council, Andriy Volkov, is available to assist with archive and legal issues for one hour each month: on the third Tuesday of the month, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
