Russia has launched full railway connections between Rostov-on-Don, Mariupol, Volnovakha, and Donetsk.

“The Russian occupiers have rebuilt the railway line to shorten the delivery route for military equipment to the front from Rostov-on-Don to Mariupol and Volnovakha. The railway line is also planned to extend to Crimea,” the Center for Occupation Studies informs.

The city council reminded that the occupiers continue to develop military logistics around Mariupol. The new railway branch in the “deep rear” is intended to simplify military logistics and reduce the Russian army’s dependence on the Crimean Bridge.

“Partisans have repeatedly carried out sabotage activities, but the occupiers continue construction,” the Mariupol City Council added.
