During the period of martial law in Ukraine, a total of 71,682 loans have been issued amounting to 279.8 billion UAH (including 52,799 loans from state-owned banks totaling 139.6 billion UAH).

At the same time, according to the ministry, since the beginning of 2025, under the "5-7-9" program, entrepreneurs have received 2,794 loans totaling 9.3 billion UAH, of which 1,684 loans worth 3.9 billion UAH have been granted by state-owned banks. In the past week, entrepreneurs received 241 preferential loans from authorized banks totaling 1.3 billion UAH.
"Since the launch of the program, a total of 106,504 loan agreements have been signed for 369.4 billion UAH, with state-owned banks accounting for 73,275 agreements totaling 166.3 billion UAH," the report states.
Background. Previously, Mind explained that Ukrainian agricultural enterprises received 3.7 billion UAH under the "5-7-9" program. The highest number of loans were issued to enterprises in the Kyiv region.
