The National Bank of Ukraine has outlined the specifics regarding the provision of instant credit transfer services by payment service providers. This type of payment operation is established by amendments to the law "On Payment Services," which came into effect on November 8, 2024.

Specifically, the National Bank has stipulated that the instant credit transfer service must be available to users 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
It is noted that the instant credit transfer within the payment system must be carried out in accordance with its rules and in compliance with the legislation on payment services.
In addition, it has been specified, among other things:
“The mentioned changes are included in the resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine dated February 7, 2025, No. 14 'On Approval of Amendments to the Instruction on Cashless Payments in the National Currency for Payment Service Users,' which will take effect on February 11, 2025,” the statement reads.
