In Ukraine, the end of January may feel almost spring-like. A significant warming trend is anticipated, with thermometers in some areas reaching up to +20 degrees Celsius. This was reported by meteorologist Natalia Didenko.

Natalka Didenko admitted that she herself is skeptical about such a forecast, but it comes from a reputable German source known for its professionalism and reliability.
Meanwhile, meteorologist Igor Kibalchich predicts that on January 19, the western regions will experience dry weather. Fog with frost may occur at night and in the early part of the day. Winds will be from the west at 3 to 8 m/s, while in the Carpathians and Transcarpathia, winds will vary from 1 to 6 m/s. Nighttime temperatures will range from 0 to -5, and daytime temperatures will be +2 to +7.
In the northern regions, cloudy weather with clearings is expected, without precipitation. Winds will be from the northwest at 7 to 12 m/s. Nighttime temperatures are forecasted to be between -4 and +1, while daytime temperatures will be -1 to +4.
In the central part of the country, dry weather is anticipated. Winds will be from the northwest at 7 to 12 m/s, with possible gusts during the day reaching 15 to 17 m/s. Nighttime temperatures will be -3 to +2, and daytime temperatures will be +1 to +6.
In the southern regions and Crimea, no significant precipitation is expected. Winds will be from the northwest at 7 to 12 m/s, with local gusts reaching 15 to 20 m/s. Nighttime temperatures will range from 0 to +5, while daytime temperatures will be +5 to +10.
In eastern Ukraine, light snow and wet snow are expected in some areas. Winds will be from the northwest at 7 to 12 m/s, with local gusts during the day reaching 15 to 20 m/s. Nighttime temperatures will be -4 to +1, and daytime temperatures will be -1 to +4.
