Bundles of cash found in shopping bags: what was discovered during searches at the head of the Mykolaiv Medical-Social Expert Commission (video).

The Prosecutor General's Office showcased photos and videos of the assets discovered during a search at the head of the Mykolaiv regional MSEC.

The footage reveals that stacks of hundred-dollar bills were stored by the official in fabric bags and shopping totes. When the banknotes were laid out on the floor for a photo, the space in one room was clearly insufficient.

Additionally, bundles of 1000-hryvnia bills were found with the detained individual.

Furthermore, it was reported that the head of the MSEC possessed an entire collection of jewelry — gold ornaments were also piled together in the images.

According to data released by official sources, the Mykolaiv regional MSEC was led by Vera Belyakova — she was the only candidate for this position in the competition held in 2018.
