The Kremlin has conducted another "inventory" of lands in the temporarily occupied territories of Luhansk and discovered at least 18,000 hectares of land that supposedly belong to no one.
This was reported by the Center for National Resistance.
It is noted that in reality, the areas classified as "ownerless" include plots belonging to those Ukrainian owners who have not changed their citizenship and have not obtained a Russian passport.
"Since January 1, Ukrainians in the temporarily occupied territories who have not received the occupier's passport have lost all rights. More precisely, these rights were taken away by the Russian invaders," the CNS explained.
They also clarified that this category of citizens is now referred to by the Kremlin as "stateless persons." It is emphasized that in fact, the Putin regime has rendered the local population exiles in their own homeland.
Background. Previously, Mind reported that in the temporarily occupied territories, a so-called register of controlled persons will come into effect on February 5, where the enemy will list Ukrainians without a Russian passport.
