About 22,000 people have contacted recruitment centers: Mykolaiv region is not among the leaders

In the past week, 956 new inquiries were received at recruitment centers, bringing the total number of people who have sought assistance to 21,910 since the centers began operating. The leaders in the number of inquiries are Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk regions, and Kyiv. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense.

"956 new inquiries were received at recruitment centers over the past week. Since the beginning of operations (as of October 20), a total of 21,910 individuals have contacted the centers. Of these, 5,415 are already being considered as candidates for the Defense Forces of Ukraine. Just in the past week, 185 individuals have moved to the stage of consideration as potential candidates," the Ministry of Defense stated.

The ministry noted that the leaders in the number of inquiries are:

• Kharkiv region - 17.3%;
• Dnipropetrovsk region - 15.9%;
• Kyiv - 14.9%;
• Zaporizhzhia region - 12.8%;
• Lviv region - 11.7%.

Currently, there are 44 recruitment points operating in Ukraine.
