Previously, Vinci S.A. divested another Russian asset related to high-speed highways.

On December 28, 2024, 100% of the shares in LLC "United Toll Collection Systems" were transferred from Highway Operations BV of the Netherlands (a joint venture of Vinci S.A. and "Mostotrest") to the general director of "Natsproekstroy," Alexey Krapivin.
