In the future, the functions of law enforcement agencies and the medical and social expert commission will be replaced by artificial intelligence, which will be virtually impossible to bribe. This was stated by Ruslan Gorbenko, a people's deputy from the "Servant of the People" faction, during an interview on "Novini.LIVE."
"I believe that many of the functions of our law enforcement agencies will be replaced by artificial intelligence, which will definitely be impossible to bribe, including within the MSEC system," noted Ruslan Gorbenko.
In his opinion, if the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine is involved in the reform, we could see very rapid results.
"And it's very important for fairness: you know, as they come back from the trenches, we shouldn't leave the guys behind, but rather engage them in the prosecutor's office, in the MSEC, or in the TCC," added the deputy.
It is worth noting that due to cases of MSEC representatives' involvement in corrupt schemes, the SBU, along with other law enforcement agencies, is conducting an inspection of the commissions. As a result of the inspections, 64 MSEC officials have been suspected, and over 4,000 disability conclusions have been revoked. Additionally, the SBU has uncovered and dismantled 8 organized crime groups that included MSEC representatives in various regions of Ukraine.
Furthermore, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has signed a decree to dissolve the MSEC by the end of the year. The document states that the decision was made to ensure proper protection of the rights and legal interests of citizens of Ukraine.
The head of state himself noted that the problem is not only that officials are obtaining disability status through connections. The issue also lies in the fact that individuals who have legitimate disabilities are unable to receive the corresponding status.
