Ukrainians encountered a technical glitch in the “Reserve+” app. This was highlighted on October 17 on social media.
Some users reported that they did not experience any issues and everything was functioning well for them. However, others, upon logging into "Reserve+", saw a message indicating a failure.
"We have a technical problem," — was displayed on the screen.
According to reports, some citizens had access to their military registration documents but unexpectedly received a deferment until the completion of mobilization.
0 1Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Yekaterina Chernohorenko confirmed the glitch in "Reserve+" and linked it to intensive preparations for new releases.
"Some users received deferments until the end of mobilization. We apologize for the inconvenience. No, this is not a gift from the "Reserve+" team to all users for Halloween," — the official noted.
She emphasized that the glitch only affected the display of status. This means users saw that they supposedly had a deferment, but the data in the "Oberih" registry had not actually changed.
"The team has already fixed it. Please try to access the document within an hour," — Chernohorenko stated.
She recommended clicking the three dots and refreshing the document to see the current status. The Ministry of Defense also thanked Ukrainians for their quick response to the error.
2Recall that the head of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, Mykhailo Fedorov, announced that Ukrainians would be able to sign contracts with the Armed Forces without contacting the TCC and VVK. A new feature — recruitment — has appeared in the "Diia" app.
The State Special Communications Service reported that viruses are being spread in Telegram under the guise of the "Reserve+" bot.
