Not a car, but a loan for a solar station: Kim's deputy explained the changes in his declaration
The Deputy Head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, Mykola Marynov, made changes to his declaration amounting to nearly half a million hryvnias not due to the purchase of a new car, but because he received a loan from the bank for the installation of a solar power station.
He shared this information in a comment to "Novosti-N".
-If it were a car, it would be listed in a different section called "Vehicles," but this falls under the section "Other movable property." This is a loan; it's my contribution to the energy independence of the state. I took out a loan under a government program at zero percent for the installation of a solar power station in a private home. The program is excellent; in fact, the government pays the interest. There are specific conditions, and I met the criteria for this program. I highly recommend that people consult with banks; for example, I took the loan from "Oschadbank," but there are other banks available. The peculiarities of declaring such expenses mean that I reported the expenditure, and it appeared in the declaration. There will be another adjustment: when they install it (the power station - ed.), I will also update my declaration. Then, in March, when I submit my declaration for the year 2024, it will reflect that everything was financed through a loan, - explained the deputy head of the Regional State Administration.
