The refinery may partially resume operations in a few days, one of the Reuters sources stated. Another source mentioned that damage assessments are currently underway at the refinery.

The Ryazan refinery has a capacity of 13.7 million tons of oil per year and is the largest among Rosneft's facilities; it has been targeted by UAVs for the second time this month.

The previous attack on February 24 disabled the fuel loading railway ramp, causing the refinery to suspend unloading for 18 days for repairs.
