The mayor described how the aftermath of the drone attack is being addressed in Mykolaiv.
Residents of homes affected by the evening attack on Mykolaiv are receiving necessary assistance, including materials, supplies, and advice on further actions.

- From 22:35 to 23:10, the enemy attacked the city with "Shahed" drones. A six-story residential building, private homes, and office spaces were damaged. Windows of a family clinic and the administrative building of the municipal enterprise "Mykolaiv Electric Transport" were also affected. In addition to the buildings, several units of electric transport and vehicles from structural units were damaged. The new "Dnipr" trolleybuses, which we recently received under a credit agreement, were significantly damaged, along with various special vehicles, - he stated.
As a result of the shelling, a 74-year-old woman sustained injuries and was hospitalized in critical condition, while a 59-year-old man received assistance on-site.
Immediately on-site, tents from the Red Cross and World Central Kitchen were set up, and police and emergency services began providing psychological support to the victims.
- Currently, 47 houses have been damaged. One private house has been destroyed. In total, over 500 windows have been shattered, and roofs and balconies have been damaged. Our municipal services are providing people with materials, cutting plywood, and assisting in eliminating the aftermath. They are also advising residents of the damaged houses on what to do next, – added the mayor of Mykolaiv.
Furthermore, as a result of the munitions and debris, in Mykolaiv, 14 gas supply subscribers have been disconnected, 94 subscribers are without electricity, and 21 residential buildings lack heating.
From the damaged homes, 200 people have been evacuated, and not everyone has a place to return to.
