"Lanet" announced a breach of its pages on X and Viber, following earlier messages sent to clients about the transfer of Ukrainian operators to Russia.

There were no intrusions into the provider's internal systems or network operations. The company urged users to avoid clicking on unfamiliar links and to refrain from responding to messages that may come from their accounts.
«Ланет» сообщил о взломе своей страницы в X и Viber. Ранее клиенты получили уведомления о передаче украинских операторов в руки РФ.

Hackers compromised the official page on X of the internet provider and cable television operator "Lanet." Additionally, messages were sent via Viber using the company's alpha name.

This is stated in an official statement from the provider.

Recently, users received messages in Russian "addressed" to residents of the Odesa region. The text referred to alleged agreements between Putin and U.S. President Donald Trump, claiming that "Ukrainian communication operators are now subordinate to Russia." A similar message appeared on the provider's account on X, but it has since been removed.

Currently, access to X has been restored, reports "Lanet." It is noted that there were no intrusions into the provider's internal systems or network operations.

"All services have been put on heightened alert and are conducting preventive monitoring. The circumstances of the unauthorized messages are being investigated. It is currently known that less than 10% of subscribers received fraudulent messages sent via Viber using the provider's alpha name, which has now been halted," the statement says.

The provider urged users not to click on suspicious links and to disregard messages that may come from their accounts.

All official information is currently published only on the company's website and confirmed social media accounts.
