A court has determined a preventive measure for the well-known Mykolaiv farmer Yuri Kormyshkin.

The well-known agricultural producer from Mykolaiv, Yuriy Korymshchyn, has been assigned a preventive measure by the court.

The High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) has imposed a preventive measure on the prominent Mykolaiv agrarian Yuriy Korymshchyn.

The HACC session was broadcasted on the court's YouTube channel.

Yuriy Korymshchyn, who is also the husband of People's Deputy Irina Korymshchyna, has been set a bail of 15 million hryvnias.

According to the court's ruling, the entrepreneur is required to:

- not leave the Odesa and Mykolaiv regions;

- refrain from contacting certain individuals;

- notify about changes in residence and employment.

According to the investigation, after the People's Deputy received funds exceeding 20 million hryvnias, she allegedly lent them to her husband, who used the money to purchase a property in the Odesa region.

Yuriy Korymshchyn expressed his stance regarding the charges against him in his blog on the website.
