The Security Service of Ukraine and the Mykolaiv Specialized Prosecutor's Office in the Southern Region have yet to formally notify Vera Belyakova, the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Medical and Social Expertise Center, of any suspicion, despite announcing her exposure on October 22.

This information was provided to the journalist from «Slovo i Delo» by the spokesperson for the Office of the Prosecutor General, Nadezhda Maksymets.

According to her, no one has been informed of any suspicion in this case, and searches were conducted due to interference with the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (Article 114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Maksymets claims that the investigation is currently examining the seized evidence in the case, including financial assets. The prosecutor is requesting their arrest in court. Following this, the pre-trial investigation bodies will make the appropriate procedural decision.

During the searches, more than $450,000 and a collection of jewelry were found with the suspect.
