The State Property Fund announced an auction for the privatization of the Kolomyia District Architectural and Planning Design Bureau.

The State Property Fund of Ukraine has put up for online auction the sole property complex of the state enterprise "Kolomyia District Architectural and Planning Design and Production Bureau."

According to the press service of the SPFU,

The auction will take place in the "Prozorro.Sales" system on February 25. Interested parties can submit their applications to participate in the auction until February 24.

As stated by the press service, the advantage of the object is the absence of overdue creditor debts (as of September 30 of the previous year). In particular, the state enterprise has a 1984 Mercedes-Benz vehicle and 12 units of movable property, including: computer and office equipment, lighting fixtures, plastic windows, etc.

Among the conditions for the sale of the privatization object, as noted by the fund, is the requirement to settle wage debts and debts to the budget within 6 months and to prevent the dismissal of the enterprise's employees.
