"Hezbollah" may have targeted the residence of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The head of government was unharmed.
This was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing Sky News Arabia.
Israeli media reported on Saturday, October 19, that explosions occurred in Caesarea, Haifa, and Carmel. It is known that three Hezbollah drones violated Israeli airspace.
In Caesarea, a building was hit, but there were no casualties. Police forces have been dispatched to the scene of the attack.
Sources from the publication stated that the residence of the Israeli Prime Minister in Caesarea, located on the Mediterranean coast, was targeted. Netanyahu's office refused to disclose the Prime Minister's whereabouts. However, his representatives stated that at the time of the strike, neither Netanyahu nor his wife were at the Caesarea residence.
Recall that on October 1, Iran launched a massive missile strike against Israel. Tehran fired more than 180 ballistic missiles.
Iran claimed that the attack was in response to the deaths of Hamas and Hezbollah leaders. Israel, in turn, promised retaliation.
Media reports suggested that Tel Aviv might attack nuclear facilities in Iran, but Israel rejected such an option.
