General Keith Kellogg, the special representative of U.S. President Donald Trump for Ukraine and Russia, is heading to Europe. He will be on the continent from February 13 to 22 to hold essential meetings with high-ranking officials from European countries aimed at exploring ways to end the Russo-Ukrainian war. This information was disclosed by the general on his page on platform X on February 13.

"We are going to Europe to meet with allies and partners who are ready to work with America to achieve peace," he wrote in a note.

The purpose of his visit, according to Trump's special representative, is "to end the war in Ukraine" and "to restore stability in Europe." Kellogg also shared his expectations for the trip to Europe in his note.

"I look forward to productive meetings to move quickly," he wrote.

Information that Keith Kellogg is already en route to Europe has also been confirmed by the U.S. State Department. They noted that the special representative is traveling with the mission of promoting "peace through strength in Ukraine," as well as for "protecting the national security interests of the United States."

It is known that Kellogg will visit the NATO and EU headquarters in Brussels, and will also participate in the Munich Security Conference. After that, the general is expected to visit Ukraine.

"In Ukraine, he will meet with government officials and citizens who have bravely endured nearly three years of war," the ministry's statement said.

The department also added that Kellogg is focused on "conducting tough diplomacy" to achieve the objectives set by President Trump.
