"Will be a surprise": restructuring the command in the Armed Forces of Ukraine will enhance the battlefield situation, says Bratchuk.

When the structure of command in the Armed Forces of Ukraine improves, it will positively impact the course of military operations, stated Sergey Bratchuk, a representative of the Ukrainian Volunteer Army. The leadership is preparing for these changes, but it’s best for the enemy to remain unaware.
"Сюрпризом станет изменение управления в ВСУ, что улучшит обстановку на поле боя", — заявил Братчук.

The command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is working on structural changes aimed at enhancing the ability of the Ukrainian army to perform its duties on the battlefield. In turn, society should focus more on how the military stabilizes the front line and disrupts the enemy's plans, rather than on territorial losses. The enemy is well aware of the issues faced by the Defense Forces, so when changes occur, it should come as a surprise to them. Regarding the challenges faced by the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the measures that will be taken by the command, Sergey Bratchuk, a representative of the Ukrainian Volunteer Army (UDA) "South," shared insights during an interview with the "Kyiv24" TV channel.

Bratchuk suggested not to emphasize the problems within the army that are discussed by, for example, MPs or ordinary citizens on social media. However, he acknowledged that there are indeed issues, including "communication problems between adjacent units." According to the UDA representative, there are instances where certain units had no information about the situation on their left or right, resulting in territorial losses. Nevertheless, the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is planning changes in the management structure, particularly in communications, he stated. The results should not be disclosed to ensure they remain a surprise for the Russian Armed Forces.

"This should be a surprise for the enemy as well. What does changing the management structure mean? It is something that will improve the situation on the battlefield. I can only support those who have spoken about changing the management system; these could be structural changes, and again, this should not be discussed in public," Bratchuk stated.

The interviewee emphasized that it is indeed important to be aware of the problems within the army and to talk about them. However, the enemies are also aware of these issues, so it is better to "not speak our plans aloud" and focus on other important topics, such as disrupting the Russians' plans and stabilizing the front.

"Today, in my opinion, we need to talk about the most important things. First, it is good that our defense forces are fighting, not social media. Second, we should discuss what will allow us to stabilize the front line and disrupt the initiatives that the enemy is currently demonstrating on the battlefield. This is what we need to talk about," he remarked during the broadcast.

We remind you that on October 29, the editor-in-chief of "Censor.NET," Yuriy Butusov, announced a leak of information regarding drone manufacturers: the Russians received information from the General Staff, including exact addresses. On the same day, the publication "Militarnyi" described the updated procedure for transferring from one unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to another.
